Evaporative cooling thanks to innovative facade coating

With apollo A100, facades receive a summery thermal protection resulting from the membrane effect. The principle is not based on the reflection of global solar radiation, but on the evaporation of water, which is absorbed and stored in the coating during the night and in the morning, and is released again during the day. This results in a  pleasant evaporation cooling  on the facade surface, whereby the masonry also heats up much less. The principle is simple, the transition from liquid water to water vapour consumes heat energy and provides evaporative cooling. The method of evaporative cooling was used by the Greeks over 2000 years ago.

Buildings painted with apollo A100 heat up less, resulting in lower energy consumption in air conditioning systems and less heating up in conurbations or urban areas.

Flood protection for buildings

The damage from flooding is enormous. IBT's aerius line of products protects buildings from water damage and significantly reduces their negative impact. Due to the permanent capillary suction, which all aerius products possess, a structure is protected against flooding or other water damage. In the case of flooding by water, the applied plaster / screed / grout repaired by itself and deprives the entire surface - without artificial drying equipment - the water. There are no bad-smelling or moldy residues.
