My first building site with aerius FP310 dehumidifying plaster was a former stable. All the manufacturers of conventional restoration plasters rejected it or advised me to keep my hands off the property... ...but as there were simply no alternatives, we went ahead with the project using aerius FP310. Successful use of dehumidification products
We have been using IBT dehumidifying plasters from the aerius line for years. These products are always used in historic properties. Even in damp and wet cellars or with salt-eaten walls, the products have done what they promise. What excites me most is that these products work without synthetic chemicals. The treated masonry and cellars are all dry.

Sustainable refurbishment at last
Since the refurbishment in 2011, we have had to repair and paint the walls in our theatre hall year after year and still couldn't get the problems with the salts under control. In April 2018, all of the plaster was removed again and IBT's dehumidifying plaster was applied. Since then, we finally have peace and quiet and the walls look equally beautiful and renovated day after day. The indoor climate has also improved significantly. We would like to thank IBT for their excellent advice.

A good decision all round
We didn't want to apply insulation or anything similar to our sales building. That's why we opted for the IBT apollo A100 coating.
To cut a long story short: it was a good decision all round! After 5 years, the building still looks as good as new. The energy properties are also marvellous, the heating costs have been reduced, which indicates a drier exterior wall.
The ecological benefits were decisive for us and the costs were comparatively low. Always happy to do it again.
